Grey Sandstone Riven Paving Slabs

The colour tones of the grey have been used with great success in both contemporary and heritage settings.Our customers have combined this sandstone with other colours of stone including Mango Paving, Black Limestone Paving or Black Limestone Cobbles. There is plenty of scope to combine this beautiful stone with other colours such as Mixed Brown Cobbles for edging.

Standard uncalibrated grey sandstone paving is available in the following eight sizes (in mm). Over 90% of the stone is between these bounds with a small amount of material outside this range. The stone is accurately handcut to standard sizes.

Calibrated Grey Sandstone Paving is also available in 560 x 840 x 30 mm (Antique Worn Texture).

Grey Sandstone Cobbles

Available in three sizes, Grey Sandstone Cobbles are the same stone as our Grey Sandstone Paving. The cobbles can be used in conjunction with our Grey Sandstone paving for a perfect match or with different coloured paving as a contrast. These cobbles are often used for driveways, paths, borders, and panels of detail in patios.

These cobbles can be used to edge areas of paving in Grey Sandstone for a subtle, self-detailling effect. Driveways and paths in these cobbles look spectacular.Grey cobbles can be used with other colours with striking results working well with many other colours of cobbles and paving, particularly Black Limestone and Lemon Sandstone.

Grey Sandstone Tumbled Squares

These squares of sandstone have been tumbled to round the corners and edges for a soft worn look. These squares have been used for paths, driveways, pond edging, and as infill areas for interest in patios.

Grey Sandstone Steps

These steps are great logs of stone! Anywhere that there is a change of height is an opportunity to use these spectacular pieces. With the distinct advantage that they require little more than a foundation these steps can be put in place without the need to build a step in concrete and/or brick first and then clad it.
The grey steps work well with many of the other colours of stone. They have been combined with Black Limestone , Raj Sandstone , Kotah Blue Limestone , Coral Sandstone and others.
